Celebrating E.J.'s 40th!

We celebrated E.J.'s 40th birthday with two great safaris!

One to South Luangwa National Park in Zambia

Elephants just off our private viewing/lunch deck

and just out our front door

and a trip to Liwonde National Park in Malawi

Choir and Ballet

Alex's choir had a performance at school.

And Ania's ballet class put on a show

We started the day with breakfast in bed :)

And followed it with a baseball themed party

Cape Town

Another amazing trip to Cape Town!

 Jane, our nanny, came along -- her first time on a plane and first time out of Malawi!
