We took a little drive up to the "cumbre" -- the summit. It's a bit outside of La Paz, but it's at about 16,000 ft and then it drops off down into the more tropical areas of Bolivia. Notice the glaciers just behind us, and the beautiful view of a lake and the various mountains.
