Buenos Aires

We took a long weekend and went to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Here we are in front of the "Casa Rosada" - The Pink House - which is the President's office.

It was luckily open for the public, so we walked around a bit inside. This painting of Eva Peron was on display in the lobby.

And, we also came across the Casa Rosada out of legos!!!

Here's Alex in the square chasing the birds

Here are a few photos of our morning in "La Boca," a section of the city with buildings painted in fun colors.

And many buildings had caracters hanging out of the balconies.

But, Alex was most infatuated with the animals we saw. Moooo cow was one of his favorite sentences (if you can call it a sentence!).

And, Alex was so happy with all the "caballos" (horses) we came across. He begged for more!

We spent a 1/2 a day in a fantastic children's museum, escaping the rain!
Here is Alex staring in his own talk show.
Saying hi to the fish.
But the highlight was definitely all the "carros" - cars - that Alex got to drive!!!
